1. Why corporate CTO?
 
The legal person CTO is determined to share the technical team, reduce the cost of customer self built team, recruitment cost, risk cost, etc., so as to carry out the work quickly, and dispatch the order to start work as soon as 24 hours;
 
2. What is the difference between corporate CTO and outsourcing?
 
Corporate CTO and outsourcing are fundamentally different. In addition to the responsibilities of the conventional CTO, the corporate CTO also has enough soft Valley resources to call, such as software whitelist, experience from other projects, etc.
 
As a team member, and the team is one. However, outsourcing is only a technology implementation service, which can not be planned and prepared in advance, and there are also non-standard R & D risks;
 
3. Do I need to build my own operation team?
 
The legal person CTO can solve all technical problems. If there is a small amount of business in the early stage, there is no need to set up an operation team, and the routine product update and content loading are completed by the legal person CTO. Customers only need to do their own professional business areas.
 
4. How much is the shareholding ratio of corporate CTO appropriate?
 
The legal person CTO will deduct the proportion of project R & D funds according to the actual shareholding ratio. But we need to have a standard financial system, and venture capital has been in place. There is no restriction on the specific shareholding ratio.
 
5. After one year's service, I don't want to continue to use the legal person CTO, but how to deal with the shareholding ratio?
 
If you do not use CTO service, you only need not renew the service, but the related white list software products will also stop service, except for customized products.  If there is any shareholding, it can be handled according to the company law.
 
6. Can you stop the corporate CTO service and ask for a refund?
 
No, because the legal person CTO is a service + technical support mode, including planning experience. These are intangible assets, so the refund service is not supported, but customers can choose not to renew the service in the next year;
 
7. Does the legal person CTO have to start from one year?
 
Yes, a project needs growth time and market test. The legal person CTO does not accept short-term projects. If you need short-term support, please choose soft Valley expert service or directly purchase product services;
 
8. Does white list software belong to customers?
 
No ownership, the property right of whitelist software belongs to softvalley, and only provides use rights.
 
9. One of the software is very suitable for me, but want to make custom modification?
